The littering habit is just an impulse, and you can change it for good. It is important not to feel guilty even if you do find yourself littering on the streets at times. The key to breaking any unproductive habit is mindfulness, and littering is no different.
I’ve had quite an exciting experience related to littering years ago when I was on a train going from Delhi to my hometown Lakshminagar (Muzaffarnagar) in Western Uttar Pradesh.
